As soon as I began to think of telling this story, My door opened slightly on its own. It wasn’t completely latched, but my room became hot and at 12.53am, this story will remain a draft…
It’s a very unsettling feeling to know evil is near, but faith overcomes this every time. God will always win.
Story Times are where I will shared from my past. This segment will include nothing but the 100% truth. This story is about the time I believe that I talked to Satan.
From movies, stories and drawings, he is believed to look horrendous. The Bible tells us that he was actually handsome.
“Thus says the Lord GOD, You had the seal of perfection, Full of wisdom and perfect in beauty. You were in Eden, the garden of God; Every precious stone was your covering…You walked in the midst of the stones of fire. You were blameless in your ways from the day you were created. Until unrighteousness was found in you.” (Ezekiel 28: 12-18)
The setting of my dream began outside, it was a winter evening. The sky shows it was right before sunset. The night was approaching and soon. The weather was not bad however, it was neither hot or cold.
I paid for a ticket to a haunted house which was about $11.oo. The stands were only a small distance from porter potties which is where I headed next. After using the restroom, I walked near a trail that resembled a corn maze. I was alone, but family were by concession stands. I had no desire to enter with the however. In the dream, it were if I knew I had to enter alone.
I walked up to the beginning of the maze which looked wide but as I got closer, darkness fell, and the maze became more and more narrow. There was a clown, the first “scary person.” But, I’ve worked at Six Flags and I know behind those masks are another person. I continued into the maze alone. The deeper I went, the more I became secretly afraid. I soon began to approach a door.
The haunted house looked like a house but there were no lights. There were stairs, a refrigerator and there were a lot of turns. Althoough I know it was called a haunted house, it started to look like a maze.
I heard a voice call for me, “LaLa!” I instantly recognized the voice and felt that I needed to find it. It was of my childhood best friend. We were best friends for about 10+ years and during this time, we were not speaking. I didn’t know what she wanted, but all I could think was I had to find her.
I was soon approached by a man. He stood no more than four feet and limped when he walked. His face was pale. His body full. He was a stranger.
He looked at me then asked,” Where are you going?”
I told him i needed to find my friend.
he responded,” Okay I can go with you.”
He grabbed my hand and we went through the house together.
Without noticing, he was soon guiding me and was in complete control; guiding my direction.
I followed her voice.
In front of me stood two doors. The first was labeled A and the second B.
I heard her voice from B. I was sure.
While pointing at B I told him, “She’s behind this door.”
He responded,” No believe me, she’s behind A.”
The urge to select B was so strong I was thrown off by the fact that he thought it was A
I looked at him again and let his hand go. It’s almost as if I recognized his heart and intentions.
I removed my hand quickly. This was no friend. This wasn’t someone trying to help.
In my dream I said,” Lead us not, into temptation. But deliver us from evil. For thine is the Kingdom and the Power and the Glory. Forever.”
His body flew away from me and into a fire-place. He was gone at the words of God.
Behind the door labeled B was my best friend.
What I took from my dream was that my life was starting to become controlled by the wrong things. Thankfully, my intuition has always overcame the force of negativity. I am grateful that my life has been founded by Christianity. I’ve always been taught:
Train a child in the way they should go, build them up, teach them and send them out to spread the Gospel.
Needless to say, my best friend and I are speaking again and better than ever.
Trust in the LORD with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding.
In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths. (Proverbs 3:5)
